The letters OS are reserved for the Constitutional Court, UU for the Presidential Administration, OO for the National Assembly. Government plates start with three digits followed by FF, LL, SS, or VV and two serial digits. Police plates use ՈՍ and II. SL followed by two digits is used by certain banking entities.
