En diciembre de 2019, se ha establecido que las matr\u00edculas del sistema antiguo FNI no sean necesariamente cambiadas al sistema SIV. (https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/454)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este cambio establece que el 100% de los veh\u00edculos matriculados en Francia, disponga de este sistema para finales de 2020. Se trata de un sistema informatizado, que se encuentra centralizado para toda Francia, incluyendo los departamentos de ultra mar: Guadalupe, Martinica, Guyana, Reuni\u00f3n y Mayotte.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_378\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-378\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-378 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/N01-300x87.png\" alt=\"Matr\u00edculas SIV obligatorias\" width=\"300\" height=\"87\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/N01-300x87.png 300w, https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/N01.png 600w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/87;\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-378\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Matr\u00edculas SIV obligatorias en Francia desde 2021<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, a pesar de adoptar un nuevo sistema (SIV) (con formato AA-001-AA),\u00a0 no fue obligatorio rematricular los veh\u00edculos que dispon\u00edan del sistema FNI (con formato 1234 AB 56), siendo tan solo opcional, poniendo como fecha m\u00e1xima el final de a\u00f1o del 2020, momento en el que todos los veh\u00edculos deber\u00e1n disponer del nuevo sistema de matriculaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La matr\u00edcula SIV es atribuida de por vida a un veh\u00edculo, manteniendo la misma hasta la destrucci\u00f3n o exportaci\u00f3n del mismo. Este sistema tiene un formato de AA-001-AA, utilizando una numeraci\u00f3n en serie igual para toda Francia, incluyendo para los departamentos de ultra mar.
