{"id":201,"date":"2018-09-13T15:44:14","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T14:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/?p=201"},"modified":"2018-09-30T20:34:12","modified_gmt":"2018-09-30T19:34:12","slug":"decimos-adios-a-las-matriculas-turisticas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/decimos-adios-a-las-matriculas-turisticas\/","title":{"rendered":"Decimos adi\u00f3s a las matr\u00edculas tur\u00edsticas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La matr\u00edcula tur\u00edstica espa\u00f1ola, o R\u00e9gimen de Matr\u00edcula Tur\u00edstica (RMT), que fue introducida en el nuevo sistema de matr\u00edculas europeas que comenz\u00f3 para las matr\u00edculas especiales en 1999, nos dice adi\u00f3s tras m\u00e1s de 18 a\u00f1os operativa.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_202\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-202\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-202 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/gETT-300x66.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"66\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/gETT-300x66.png 300w, https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/gETT.png 437w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/66;\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-202\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Antigua matr\u00edcula tur\u00edstica espa\u00f1ola, en uso hasta julio de 2018<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Desde el 5 de julio de 2018, no se han expedido m\u00e1s matriculaciones de este tipo, y desde el 1 de enero de 2019, se considerar\u00e1 extinguido este sistema de matriculaci\u00f3n, no teniendo desde entonces ning\u00fan tipo de beneficio aduanero ni tributario.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de matriculaci\u00f3n, que aportaba unos beneficios fiscales especiales, se ha derogado a causa de la escasez de nuevas matriculaciones, habiendo alcanzado la matr\u00edcula T 8020 BBD\u00a0 tras 18 a\u00f1os de uso, siendo este el sistema con un menor n\u00famero de matriculaciones en este per\u00edodo dentro del sistema nacional. <a href=\"#NE1\">Ver cita 1 m\u00e1s abajo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Los veh\u00edculos que ya est\u00e9n matriculados con este tipo de matriculaci\u00f3n en el momento de la expedici\u00f3n de este cambio (el 5 de julio), podr\u00e1n permanecer con ella y disfrutar de sus beneficios hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2018, en todo caso sin exceder de dicha fecha. El 1 de enero el sistema se considerar\u00e1 extinguido y por lo tanto no tendr\u00e1 ning\u00fan tipo de beneficio tributario ni aduanero.<\/p>\n<p id=\"NE1\" class=\"sangrado-izq\">Cita 1<em>: <\/em><em>\u00abAdem\u00e1s, el r\u00e9gimen de matr\u00edcula tur\u00edstica regula determinados beneficios fiscales que no encuentran actualmente amparo legal alguno ni en la normativa del Impuesto sobre el Valor A\u00f1adido ni en la normativa aduanera, es de dif\u00edcil control, puesto que los titulares de dicho r\u00e9gimen son no residentes, y no cumple los objetivos para los que fue creado, fomentar la venta de veh\u00edculos nacionales, ya que actualmente el n\u00famero de veh\u00edculos y embarcaciones acogidos al r\u00e9gimen es muy escaso y la mayor\u00eda de los beneficiarios del r\u00e9gimen son titulares de medios de transporte no fabricados en Espa\u00f1a.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"sangrado-izq\"><em>Por las razones expuestas se procede a derogar el citado r\u00e9gimen si bien se considera preciso establecer un periodo transitorio para aquellos veh\u00edculos y embarcaciones que a la entrada en vigor de esta Ley estuviesen amparados en matr\u00edcula tur\u00edstica.\u00bb <\/em>(Ley 6\/2018 del 3 de julio, pre\u00e1mbulo, BOE)<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_203\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-203\" style=\"width: 314px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-203 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/gETT-1-300x66.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"314\" height=\"69\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/gETT-1-300x66.png 300w, https:\/\/matriculasdelmundo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/gETT-1.png 437w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 314px) 100vw, 314px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 314px;
