Esto significa que hay nuevas matr\u00edculas amarillas en Polonia. Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os hemos visto como en Polonia est\u00e1n muy activos introduciendo <strong>nuevos sistemas cada pocos a\u00f1os<\/strong>. En los nuevos sistemas de matr\u00edculas esta codificaci\u00f3n regional se mantiene, ya sea con el c\u00f3digo de 2 \u00f3 3 letras o el de una letra como el que se utiliza en las matr\u00edculas personalizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong>matr\u00edculas de veh\u00edculos hist\u00f3ricos<\/strong> llevan ya unas cuantas d\u00e9cadas en funcionamiento en Polonia. Estas matr\u00edculas se caracterizan por tener matr\u00edculas de color amarillo, caracteres negros y el relieve de un coche o moto en la parte derecha de la placa de matr\u00edcula. Las matr\u00edculas de veh\u00edculos hist\u00f3ricos de Polonia tienen determinadas ventajas fiscales. Esto significa que las dos o tres primeras letras identifican al c\u00f3digo regional. Los coches que porten estas matr\u00edculas no pueden circular por las v\u00edas p\u00fablicas con ellas salvo que se trate de un evento de rally y deban circular entre tramos especiales por ejemplo. Estas matr\u00edculas tienen un caracter <strong>temporal<\/strong>, y deben ser<strong> renovadas anualmente<\/strong>.
